Paria Ahmadi (b. 1998, Ahvaz, Iran) lives and works in New York. She holds a BFA in Photography from the University of Art, Tehran (2021) and an MFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design (2023). Working across printmaking, video, photography, performance, and installation, she rethinks the politics of memory, borders, archives, and storytelling. Her work navigates the space between intimate and collective histories, questioning how personal and shared experiences shape the ways we remember, perform, and communicate. She has completed residencies at WSW, LESP, and RisoLAB at SVA, MGC, and maintains an ongoing dialogue with contemporary musicians and writers.
