Liz Shea is a contemporary graphic artist with a primary discipline in printmaking. Born in New England, she received her Bachelors of Arts at Keene State College before moving to the seacoast of Maine. In 2014, Liz worked as a resident artist and gallery assistant exploring human expression in reduction woodcuts with Master Printer, Don Gorvett. Since, Liz has grown her family and most recently started studying intaglio drypoint with Master Printer Robert Townsend, after the birth of her 3rd child in 2022. Most recently, you can find her printing at The Art Center in Dover, NH.
