Kelly Lee is a retired clinical psychologist turned self-taught printmaker whose work reflects a bold, contemporary sensibility with a distinct pop art influence. Drawing on a career grounded in observation and human experience, Lee approaches printmaking with both curiosity and precision. Her work has been accepted into juried exhibitions including SAGA: Mini-Gems, Artlink’s 46th National Print Exhibition, and the 88th Annual Student Show at the Indianapolis Art Center. Lee is an active member of the 67th Street Printmakers, where she continues to develop her practice and engage with a vibrant artistic community.

I am a self-taught artist who recently discovered print making. My love-affair for drawing is a grounding force in my printing process. My inspiration comes from my work as a Clinical Psychologist-I use bold colors to capture everyday items and shapes that elicit viewers’ emotions and thoughts. Ever curious, I strive to expand my artwork to depict the human experience around me.
