Biography
Kathleen is a printmaker and painter who grew up in New York City. Her prints are biographical and reflect her love of the city and escapes to beach. In my prints and paintings I like to capture the changing sunlight and shadows of an ordinary day as they fall on old houses and city buildings.
Her prints have been exhibited in local and national galleries and museums. Some museum collections include: the Museum of the City of New York, Philadelphia Museum of Art, De Cordova Museum, MA and others. Some corporate collections include: PepsicoCo Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, Citibank NA and Warner Communications and others.
Kathleen is also teacher; she taught art for 25+ years in Westchester and New York City. She has taught printmaking as an adjunct instructor at Herbert H. Lehman College and the College of New Rochelle, and she is a visiting artist with Arts Westchester.
