I was born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1947. I graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1970 with a degree in Liberal Arts and moved to New York in 1977. I have lived in Greenwich Village for 48 years. I am a member of the Art Students League having studied printmaking there since 1990. I am also a painter of watercolors and oils. I have exhibited with the Philadelphia Water Color Society, The Springfield Museum of Art (Missouri) and Allied Artists to name a few. I enjoy spending a large part of my summers painting on Cape Cod.
