As an artist, I am constantly searching for quiet areas. When I do find one, I spare no time in capturing that moment in either drawing or painting.
I use different mediums for different forms of expressing my ideas. In my prints, for example, I express ideas inspired by mythology to open up my creative imagination to create scenes which I do not always create in my paintings and drawings.
All my works are to me a visual diary; a way of remembering a specific place or person and how that moment made me feel. When I look back at my work I can remember exactly how I felt when I painted it, what the weather was like, as well as the conversations I had with people passing by.
Art is, after all, a way of telling a story. My story speaks through my work.
